Well considering it can run Vista I would say it can run CSS but im not a pro when it comes to hardware. But I believe it can yes. Only thing that worries me is the Integrated card is probably a issue but im not sure.

It won't run it well, the video card will choke pretty hard. But it will play the game.

That one is going to choke almost as bad. Newer gfx card, but very close to the same level of performance.

Perhaps you should start by not getting a laptop through Best Buy...
